Description

With a touch of rebellion, Maack dreams up a lavender reimagined, tender, yet edged with shadow. But this is no ordinary lavender. It slips into leather, dark, mysterious, a little untamed and wanders through a haze of spice, like stepping from open fields into the warm, humming labyrinth of a Marrakech souk. Wrapped in musks and Cashmeran, it unfurls like a daydream shot through with smoke: weightless yet brooding.

    Sophisticated and spicy

    I sampled this one with my husband in mind and it is perfect on him. Warm, spicy and sexy overall. The oud is balanced in this one. Great performance too!

    GORGEOUS

    Supernova is splendid! One of my absolute FAVS from Andrea Maack. It is SEXY & alluring. She's a warm spicy mix of Saffron, lavendar & oud. Oh but the oud is not dirty & incredibly friendly here. A little bit of Cinnamon to make this a beauty for cooler weather. I simply adore this for fall. If you have not sampled it.. I encourage you to! An absolute gem from this house!

    A Forest on Fire

    I purchased the Dark Stars Discovery Set as my entrance into the world of Andrea Maack, which contained a sample of Supernova. This one has been a sleeper hit for me. The more I use it, the more it grows on me and now I’m wearing it nearly every day. It’s loud and in your face at first, but let it linger! The cinnamon, saffron and woodsmoke rise to meet the lavender floral and this fragrance lasts ALL day. A true unisex that isn’t all about oud or amber.
