Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

There can be potential delays due to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. However we will keep you informed if this occurs.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-4 Shipping days

CANADA
Standard Shipping: 2-4 weeks

 

RETURN POLICY

You may cancel your order within 30 days from delivery and obtain a refund. Note that it is not possible to return items purchased online to any of our stores. If you made your purchase through a partnered retail location, such as an airport or department store, then any return will need to be made in accordance with the return/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us.

Note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned.
